Expertise

Principal expertise include technical and job management functions, plan and organize key staff functions, establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards, and serve as the principal liaison with the staff, client, architect, professional engineers, department of health, nursing staff, Doctors, administrators, MCFAA, HUD, DASNY and other members and agencies of the project team. Establish and implement project management control systems and techniques to track and expedite administrative and field progress, and to identify problems for timely resolutions. Oversee the procurement of contracts for labor and material in accordance with the Owners requirements and the design documents, including the procurement of bid proposals from vendors in compliance with the project’s specifications, evaluating bids, negotiating terms and conditions, issuing purchase orders, subcontracts, maintaining files and charting rental orders, resolving invoice questions between vendors and accounting, and insuring the delivery of quality materials and products, ensure the timely issuance of billings and cost reports for the owner, subcontractors and material men, issuance of insurance of general liability and workmen’s compensation insurance, payment and performance bonds, construction and material schedules, design document and shop drawing compliance. Establish and enforce the safety protocol for the project including construction procedures and interactive needs of the client and their residents, employees, and vendors.
